Originally a ceramic artist, Dana Hyde was introduced to metal work by her father at his welding shop in Brinnon, WA. After one lesson she was hooked, and on that foundation built her business, Metal & Mud.
Herons, kingfishers, salmon and many other Pacific Northwest themes make up the extensive body of work Hyde has designed. Each piece is designed based on a pet the artist used as a model, or from pictures that clients submit of their dog friends.
